I was at Woolverstone Hall from 1953 until 1958.  I was in Hanson's House and my laundry number was 257!

I have seen some of your entries on the WHOBA website and thought you might be interested to see a photograph of the 1st year intake of Hansons House taken in September 1953 outside of our Nissan Hut dormitory. 

The only person not shown is Mark Golebiowski, who took this photo on his Kodak Brownie camera.  I met Mark's father by chance at London Airport in the early 1970's who told me that Mark had been killed in a car accident a few years previously.  Such a sad loss as he was an excellent athlete and a brilliant scholar who had gone on to Oxford University.
