1) OBs are assumed to be still living unless we know for sure otherwise, so "yes" may not be up to date .....
2) The start year shows the year of arrival at WHS. The house shown is the boy's LAST house; except with a note in 'COMMENTS', there is currently no provision for showing ALL houses attended with years of any changes.
3) The Berners/Orwell thing makes this complicated; shown is (I think) the FINAL house of anyone arriving in the changeover years - which is perhaps a pity. One day I might be able to deal with this complexity, but I am not holding my breath .....
4) There are no doubt many errors. Where there is DOUBT over a starting year, a boy will not be included in the list. PLS help me to correct the data. (chrissnuggs@outlook.com)    YOU COULD LOOK AT "UNKNOWN" first and let me know of any HOUSES you are sure of ....
